We shape young athletes through the game we love, with a culture of teamwork, integrity and perseverance.
At Carroll County Bucks Lacrosse, we are dedicated to shaping young athletes through the game we love. Our mission is to cultivate a culture of teamwork, integrity, and perseverance while providing a competitive yet supportive environment for players to grow both on and off the field.
Through expert coaching, character-driven mentorship, and a strong community bond, we aim to inspire a lifelong passion for lacrosse and equip our players with the skills to succeed — both in the sport and in life.
Five principles shape every team, practice and tournament.
We strive to unify the club lacrosse experience in Carroll County by connecting athletes who share a commitment to the game. Through competition, we foster passion while maintaining opportunities for players to continue playing with friends — whether at the club level or within recreation programs.
Our program actively supports recreational lacrosse by offering incentives and discounts that encourage continued participation, ensuring young athletes stay engaged with both club and community-based play.
We believe the club lacrosse journey should complement and extend the recreational experience, creating a well-rounded path for development while preserving the enjoyment of the sport.
Our programming is designed to strike the right balance — providing enough lacrosse to foster skill development and competitiveness while ensuring players have time to explore other sports, hobbies, and simply enjoy being kids.
League involvement and playing opportunities are structured by age groups, ensuring appropriate competition levels and developmental progress for every player.
